กปปส.แจงตั้งเวทีปทุมวันเป็นเวทีหลัก

สาทิตย์ เผย ชัตดาวน์กทม. ยุบเวทีราชดำเนิน ตั้งเวทีแยกปทุมวันเป็นเวทีหลัก โยงอีก 6 เวที กลางกรุง

วันที่ 9 ม.ค. นายสาทิตย์ วงศ์หนองเตย แกนนำ กปปส. กล่าวบนเวทีปราศรัยที่อนุสาวรีย์ประชาธิปไตยว่า ในการชุมนุมปิดกรุงเทพฯวันที่ 13 ม.ค.57 ทางคณะกรรมการ กปปส.ได้เตรียมจัดเวทีทั้ง 7 จุดไว้แล้วและมีแกนนำ กปปส.ดูแลรับผิดชอบประจำทุกเวที หลังจากปิดเวทีหลักเดิมที่ราชดำเนิน โดยจะใช้เวทีที่แยกปทุมวันเป็นเวทีหลักแทน จะตั้งอยู่หน้าหอศิลป์กรุงเทพ มีการถ่ายทอดสดผ่านสถานีโทรทัศน์บลูสกายตลอดทั้งวันทั้งคืน 24 ชั่วโมง โดยมีตนเองเป็นผู้ดูแล และมีประชาชนจากต่างจังหวัด อาทิ จ.ตรัง ภูเก็ต ระนอง สตูล เข้ามาร่วมด้วย

PDRC says main stage to be set up at Pathumwan

Sathit details "Shutdown Bangkok" (plan). The Ratchadamnoen site is to be taken down and a stage at Pathumwan intersection will be set as the main site linked with 6 other stages in the middle of Bangkok.

On 9 January Mr Sathit Wongnongtoei, a core leader of  the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) said from the stage at the Democracy Monument that in regards to the Shutdown Bangkok rally on January 13 2014, the PDRC has prepared to set up rally stages at seven sites, each of which will be overseen by core PDRC leaders after its original main site at Ratchadamnoen is closed down, with the stage at Pathumwan intersection located in the front of Bangkok Art Gallery being used as its new main site instead. There will be live 24-hour broadcasts via Bluesky TV Channel all day and night. He (Sathit Wongnongtoei) will be the supervisor. There will be people from upcountry, e.g., Trang, Ranong, Satun, coming to participate.
