Por, who was admitted to Ramathibodi Hospital on Nov 9 with dengue fever, also underwent surgery to stop internal bleeding of his left pleural cavity.
The hospital said the actor's blood pressure is stabilising and so are his liver and kidney functions which were affected by the infection.
The actor remains on life support and he has also been administered a muscle relaxant drug to help his breathing.
Por is also still being administered with blood pressure stimulant medication as well as antibiotics and kidney dialysis.
