Thief furtively clears 5 rai of 75-year-old grandma’s  ‘repair grass’

Prachinburi – A criminal sneakily uprooted 5 rai of repair grass from a 75-year-old grandma’s home while (she) was away on a meditation retreat, leaving only small clumps (of the grass).

On September 9, Mrs. Sangwal Inchan, 75, living at  house number 69, Moo 1, Ban Khothakok, Tambon Dongkhilek of Prachinburi’s Muang District, said that the ‘Hi-yoom’ grass, or repair grass, a kind commercial plant with the medicinal property of helping to tighten the vagina and which naturally grows in her 5-rai compound, was stolen in its entirety by a thief, leaving only small clumps. It was presumed that the grass might have disappeared from the time when villagers saw someone carrying some sacks going by the front of the house. There was no one at home as the whole family had gone on a meditation retreat.
